We’ve added a dedicated Photo Collages module! You can now create and manage collages, which can be displayed in both the Announcements and Screens modules.

You can now set a custom welcome slide for your Announcement PowerPoint. This slide appears at the beginning of the slideshow to greet your audience, but it’s excluded from the printed script, keeping things simple for the person leading the announcements.

You can now specify each member’s gender (Male or Female) in their profile settings. This addition lays the groundwork for future features like gender-based sorting, volunteer assignments, and more detailed reporting.

Easily create posters that showcase your upcoming events in a clean, date-based layout—perfect for summer series, youth group activities, special classes, and more. Choose between a single or two-column format to best fit your content and style.

You can now assign a parent page to any page on your site. This allows you to create a logical page hierarchy—organizing your content into clear sections and subsections. For example, you might have a main Ministries page as the parent, with subpages like Children’s Ministry, Youth Group, and Missions nested underneath.

You can now change the icon displayed above each media folder. This helps visually organize your media library and makes it easier to identify folders at a glance.

In addition to displaying banners across the top of your website and app, notifications can now also be sent as emails to all members who have opted in for email alerts in their profile settings. This ensures important updates reach your audience—no matter where they are.

You can now link Online Worship Channels directly to events in the Events module. When connected, the channel will automatically display as “Live” on your site—using the event’s date and time—especially helpful for homepage and featured placements. Plus, you can now create custom graphics for each channel, styled to match your site’s gradient theme for a cohesive, branded look.

With just one click, you can now generate custom social images for any page on your site. These images automatically pull in your site’s gradient and branding, creating a clean, professional look when your pages are shared on social media or messaging apps. It’s an easy way to make your content stand out and look great everywhere it’s shared.

When adding new podcast episodes, you can now quickly create cohesive, branded images using your logo and background styles. This helps maintain a consistent look across all your episodes—perfect for sharing on platforms like Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and social media.

Members can now view the full month of serving assignments in the Member Area under the "Serving" section. This makes it easier to plan ahead and stay on top of upcoming responsibilities.

You can now choose to wrap any page block in a boxed layout. This design option helps visually separate sections, add structure, and create a more polished, organized look across your pages.

The volunteer management page for ministry coordinators has been redesigned with a fresh, user-friendly layout. Coordinators can now quickly add or remove volunteers from their ministry teams, making it easier than ever to stay organized and up to date.

You can now upload PDF student worksheets and easily attach them to video pages. Once selected, they’ll appear as downloadable resources—perfect for classes, study groups, or youth lessons.

In the Groups module, you can add a URL linking to the group’s communication platform, such as GroupMe or Remind. This helps direct members to the right place to stay connected.

Members may need to be reassigned to a new family, such as when a wedding creates a new family unit. At the bottom of a member's edit page, you can select the 'Move to Another Family' option to make this change.

Event admins and coordinators can create sign-up sheets for users to RSVP. They can also add single or multiple categories to enhance organization and flexibility. Sign up sheets can be created on the front end of the website by coordinators. In Announcement slides there is also an icon added to the top left corner informing people there is an online sign up sheet.

The editing of members involvement in the admin has moved from the Directory to the Involvement module. This allows you to set editors for involvement without having to give them access to the directory. Also in the Members area, congregants can update involvement for anyone in their family.

When adding or editing events, there is now a 'Multiple Day Event' checkbox. Use this for events that take place over several separate days, like Vacation Bible School (VBS). However, if your event lasts continuously from one day into the next—like a lock-in that starts on Friday night and ends on Saturday morning—it is not considered a 'Multiple Day Event.'

The Pages module now includes an Announcements block, allowing you to display slides from the Announcements module. You can choose to present them in either a grid or a rotator format.

A new report is now available in the Directory module, allowing you to see members who have not attended specific events within a given time range.

In the Serving section, you will now only see people who have actively selected this specific element in their involvement, rather than those who were assigned to it in the past. This change helps prevent assigning people to a serving role if they have indicated they no longer wish to participate.

Easily track attendance by toggling members who have been absent in the last 6 months or the past year. This feature helps ensure no one slips through the cracks, keeping your flock cared for.

In the Directory module, under 'Tools' and then 'Reports,' you can view members who have not completed the involvement form, helping you identify those who may need follow-up.

When editing a family, you can mark whether the entire family is "In Attendance." For special cases, like families with members who are missionaries or shut-ins, you can leave the family as "In Attendance" but turn off attendance for specific individuals—such as college kids who are away at school. This lets you track individual attendance without affecting the family's overall status, giving you more accurate attendance numbers.

Easily design picture collages for your slide shows! Simply pick a layout and upload your photos to the designated placeholders. It's quick, fun, and adds a personal touch to your presentations.

In the Pages module, a basic image rotator block is now available. You can make it reusable and place it on multiple pages, ensuring that any updates made to it on one page will automatically apply everywhere it is used.

When creating block on pages, you can set a visible until date so things will still fresh.

You can now add Visitor and Live Stream Count to your attendance tracking. There are now more options for reports as well.

You can now add other members to be able to edit specific sections of the admin. There are also now 'edit' buttons on the frontend of the website that will take you to the edit page for that section.
